T.J. Washburn

T.J. Washburn grew up in Augusta, GA and moved to the Atlanta area as a teen where he graduated from Eagles Landing High school in 1999. He played golf in college, first at Mississippi State before finishing his college golf career at Georgia State University. After graduating in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in finance, T.J. got his start in the construction industry working for a large national construction company.
In 2006, T.J. returned to Augusta to seize an opportunity for new development and began building the foundation for what would soon become Winchester. T.J.’s is very knowledgeable and has experience across every stage of the development process. His hands on work ethic and vast understanding of the new home construction market help him adapt in an ever-changing industry. T.J. realizes that efficiency and building what the market needs during different economic climates is the best way to remain viable. T.J.’s focus is providing unique and thoughtfully designed homes at a fair and affordable price without compromising quality.
